These Terms of Use govern the use of the platform “Spotted Glutenfree”, accessible at www.spotted-glutenfree.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), operated by Benjamin Bachler, Tiergartenstraße 8, 5081 Anif, Austria.

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the operator.
